Since June 2016, Yantai Tiancheng Factory has supplied the market with over 18000 pitch&yaw, yaw rings, and main bearings, without any failure or poor operation feedback.

Tiancheng has advanced and independent design and research capabilities for wind turbine bearings. The diameter range of bearings processed by the first factory equipment is 3-6 meters, with an annual total production capacity of over 12000 pieces. It is equipped with a 6-meter diameter bearing test bench, which can conduct 3-20MW bearing type tests; Super Large (6mX6m) Zeiss Three Coordinate Inspection Center; 100% environmentally friendly and fully automatic spraying system.

Tiancheng Second Factory: Completed and put into operation in November 2020

Processing capacity: up to a maximum diameter of 6 meters.

Production capacity: Annual production of 3600 bearings with a diameter of 3-6 meters.

Features: A demonstration factory for large-diameter pitch&yaw has been put into operation in China, equipped with RGV material automatic operation system, integrated iron chip removal system...

Yantai Haoyang Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in the 1980s and is located at 445-1 Jincheng Road, Zhaoyuan City, Yantai, Shandong Province. It has been focusing on the manufacturing of slewing bearings for more than 20 years. It is one of the largest domestic enterprises in the research and manufacturing of slewing bearings, with manufacturing processes at an advanced level in China. We have independent research and manufacturing capabilities for slewing bearings used in construction machinery such as medium and large excavators, pump trucks, crawler cranes, truck cranes, and aerial work vehicles.
